Are you an employer offering a severely disabled person a new job or training position in your company or do you need support to maintain the job of an employee with a severe disability in your company or to improve the general conditions? The LVR supports and secures the participation of severely disabled people in the general labor market with expert advice, individual support for affected people and employers as well as financial subsidies.
