Grants for investments in work equipment

If you employ a person with a recognized severe disability or equal status, you can receive a grant towards the investment required to create the new job.

You can also apply for funding if an employee with a severe disability or equal status has to be transferred to a new job to be created, as he or she would otherwise have to be made redundant. You can receive pro rata funding for the investment costs from the LVR Inclusion Office.

If the workplace of the person with a severe disability is located in the Rhineland, you can submit an application to the LVR Inclusion Office.

• You have employed a person with a recognized severe disability or equal status from the employment agency for a maximum of six months.
• As a rule,the subsidy granted must be secured with a bank guarantee or similar for the duration of a commitment period of up to two and a half years.
