Case management
Have you or one of your relatives been the victim of violence and are considering whether you should apply for benefits for victims of violence? Such an application process is lengthy. We, the case management team, are there especially for people who have an increased need for advice and support. We help victims of violence by guiding them through the application process. We also inform you about which benefits may be available in your case according to Social Code XIV (SGB XIV).
Support during the application process for victim compensation
Together with you, we will consider which services are suitable for you and also help you beyond that. Our support network includes the regional White Ring office, the police's victim protection service and various women's and family counseling centers. You can find out more about our services here .
