Experiences of violence can be very stressful

If good discussions are held with specialist staff at an early stage, even extremely negative experiences can be dealt with. Of course, not everything will return to the way it was before, but you can find your way back to a normal life. People have self-healing powers, which are activated in such conversations. You get advice on what helps and what doesn't. The state also offers psychotherapeutic early help, where those affected can be helped in the long term through targeted counseling.
