Advising interest groups (representatives for severely disabled employees, inclusion officers)

Many ways for interest groups to obtain advice and information
Are you an elected representative for severely disabled people, an inclusion officer or a member of the works council or staff council and therefore actively involved in the participation of people with disabilities? Do you want to elect a representative for severely disabled people, for the first time or repeatedly, and have questions? The LVR Inclusion Office will be happy to help you.
Publications and personal advice
Together with you as interest groups in Rhineland companies and businesses, our aim is to ensure the long-term participation of people with disabilities in working life. We offer a comprehensive range of training courses so that you can successfully fulfill this task on site. However, further questions or uncertainties often arise in day-to-day practice.
We have therefore summarized all the important information and answers relating to the employment of people with disabilities in our publications - available to download and order free of charge.
In addition, our employees are of course happy to provide written advice by email or telephone. In this way, it is also possible - if necessary - to quickly pass on information to colleagues in the specialist departments, for example on the topics of protection against dismissal, accompanying assistance or technical advice.
Important: The LVR Inclusion Office cannot provide legal advice!
Personal contact at trade fairs and events
The LVR Inclusion Office regularly presents itself and its services at various events and trade fairs or invites interest groups to its own specialist conferences. These events offer you and us the opportunity for direct contact and a further route to personal advice.
