Technical advice on workplace design

Would you like information and advice on designing workplaces for people with disabilities? Our Technical Advisory Service of the LVR Inclusion Office will support you with all technical and organizational issues relating to the employment of people with disabilities.

Our engineers from a wide range of disciplines advise employers, HR managers, company representatives and affected employees.

We want to enable people with disabilities to work independently. With our work, we work towards stable employment relationships. At the same time, our advice also helps to prevent or exacerbate disabilities in working life.

We recommend the use of customized solutions, disability-compensating technologies and technical work aids. The work of the Technical Advisory Service is always case-specific. It aims to achieve technically and economically sensible results for maintaining or creating jobs for people with disabilities.

Our consulting services are increasingly focusing on the topic of a digitalized and automated working environment and thus the implementation of new technologies.
