Complaints management at the LVR
The LVR offers its customers and citizens in the Rhineland a variety of ways to provide critical feedback. The first choice for this is usually a contact person whom you already know and who is responsible for handling your request (e.g., an application). But we all know that when people work with people, things can sometimes get difficult. Sometimes the problem is finding a personal contact in the first place. Are you waiting for important information, haven't received any news, and don't know what to do next? The LVR advice compass could help you, for example.
If none of this helps, if you continue to feel misunderstood or treated unfairly and the problem cannot be resolved from your point of view, you can and should make a proper complaint. This is called complaint management.
