Complaints management at the LVR

The LVR offers its customers and citizens in the Rhineland a variety of ways to provide critical feedback. The first choice is usually a contact person who you already know and who is responsible for processing your request (e.g. an application). But we all know that where people work with people, this can sometimes be difficult. Sometimes there is also the problem of finding a personal contact at all. Are you waiting for important information, have not received any news and don't know what to do? The LVR Counseling Compass could then help you, for example.

If none of this helps, if you continue to feel misunderstood or treated unfairly and the problem cannot be resolved from your point of view, you can and should make a proper complaint. This is called complaint management.

LVR central complaints management in Cologne

Central Complaints Management (ZBM) is a matter for the head of the LVR. It is directly assigned to the organizational area of the LVR Director and processes submissions on all LVR offers and services in an open-ended and neutral manner. A personal approach at eye level and the protection of your data are a matter of course. If necessary, the ZBM will obtain opinions and work with you to find solutions. An online form is available for this purpose.

If you would like to contact your line manager directly withcomplaints about LVR employees , you may already be able to find them in the LVR organization chart. Otherwise, the ZBM can also help you find them.

For complaints about the LVR clinics or LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland , local ombudspersons are also happy to help. The ombudspersons know the local facilities, they will contact you personally and support you in exercising your rights.

If you have any complaints about the LVR-Verbund Heilpädagogischer Hilfen or other LVR services and facilities , please look for a contact person in the advice compass or contact the ZBM.

Ombudspersons at LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland

Within the LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland network, ombudspersons are also available to deal with complaints. The contact details can be obtained from the management office by calling 0212 / 4007114.
