Complaints management at the LVR

The LVR offers its customers and citizens in the Rhineland a variety of ways to provide critical feedback. The first choice for this is usually a contact person whom you already know and who is responsible for handling your request (e.g., an application). But we all know that when people work with people, things can sometimes get difficult. Sometimes the problem is finding a personal contact in the first place. Are you waiting for important information, haven't received any news, and don't know what to do next? The LVR advice compass could help you, for example.

If none of this helps, if you continue to feel misunderstood or treated unfairly and the problem cannot be resolved from your point of view, you can and should make a proper complaint. This is called complaint management.

LVR central complaints management in Cologne

Central Complaint Management (ZBM) is a matter for the LVR director. It is directly assigned to the organizational area of the LVR director and processes submissions on all LVR offers and services in an open-ended and neutral manner. A personal approach on equal terms and the protection of your data are a matter of course. If necessary, the ZBM will obtain statements and work with you to find solutions. If you have any complaints about the LVR clinics or LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland , local ombudspersons will be happy to help. The ombudspersons are familiar with the local facilities, will contact you personally, and will support you in exercising your rights.

Ombudspersons at LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland

LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland has set up an internal ombudsman service to support the rights of children, young people, and their families who are cared for in LVR-Jugendhilfe Rheinland facilities . The ombudspersons can be contacted by telephone or in writing.
