What support do you need? The needs assessment focuses on your wishes and goals. Our LVR case management team will advise you on individual support needs in the areas of housing, work and leisure activities.

Do you live with a disability and need support in everyday life? The so-called needs assessment is the prerequisite for you to receive the financial benefit for your support from the LVR. The necessary and appropriate support will be determined together with you in a discussion. Our LVR case management team will advise you on questions relating to the needs assessment and application process.
