Some people like to live alone, some would like to live with their partner or with other people in a shared flat. Where do you need support, what can you manage on your own in everyday life and living? LVR case management also provides information on financing your own home for people with disabilities.

LVR case management will also help you with questions about applying for support services in the area of housing. The basis for the approval of support is the individual needs assessment.

The app is designed to be inclusive and is aimed in particular at people with learning difficulties and cognitive impairments in the areas of work, home, school, household, etc.

With the app, you can easily create simple instructions for work processes. You can use pictures and text to make them colorful and motivating. Checklists, timers and a review function help you do this.

Job coaches also benefit from the app. Together with their clients, they determine what is important for their tasks.
