Are you employed in a workshop for people with disabilities and would like to work on the general labor market? The budget for work helps by providing guidance and support as well as wage subsidies for employers.
More participation in working life through the budget for work
Do you work in a workshop for people with disabilities (WfbM) and have gained experience on the labor market, for example through an integrated workplace? Would you like to switch to a regular job on the general labor market? But you can't do it without support yet? Then you or your future employer can receive support via the budget for work.
Within this framework, the LVR pays for advice, support and wage subsidies to your future employer. The aim is to enable more people with disabilities to work in the general labor market.
The LVR case management team will be happy to advise you on the possibilities offered by the budget for work.
