Through 2025, the LVR funded construction projects for people with and without disabilities.
Introduction to the Inclusive Construction Project Grant Program
The Rhineland Regional Council’s (LVR) Inclusive Housing Project Grant Program was a funding initiative through which the LVR supported the construction of inclusive housing projects with grants of up to 400,000 euros per project.
Inclusive housing projects, as defined by the Inclusive Construction Project Funding program, are projects in which people with a significant disability can live together under one roof with people without disabilities in a neighborly manner.
Latest News on Funding for Inclusive Construction Projects
You may be wondering what the current status is regarding the possibility of applying for a grant under the Inclusive Construction Project Funding program. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to apply for a grant. The reason for this is that the Inclusive Construction Project Funding program, as a voluntary benefit, is subject to politically mandated consolidation measures.
A specific political decision was made not to continue the funding program for inclusive construction projects at this time. Accordingly, the funding regulations were repealed by the Regional Assembly.
